She brings a unique ability to dive into new markets, and her experience ensures she asks the right questions.
Breadth of experience
With over 20 years’ experience, Peta has led executive assignments for Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and executive leadership teams across Australia and internationally. She has partnered with ASX-listed organisations, private equity portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, family office and private firms of all sizes. She has held senior roles with top global executive search firms, supporting Managing Partners on ASX100 board and leadership appointments, and went on to build and lead the research function at a boutique firm specialising in private equity and ASX clients. Prior to that she successfully ran her own executive search business for more than a decade.

When she’s not working, Peta enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, sharing good food and wine, and staying active through exercise and hiking. She’s always up for an adventure, with a love of travel that keeps her curious and inspired. Fluent in Japanese, Peta has lived and worked in Japan and led international sales for iconic hotels including London’s Savoy, Claridge’s, Connaught, and Berkeley, as well as Crown Resorts in Australia.
